Good, not great.

Good but nowhere near great. Old towels (think 2-star motel), quirky design of that just doesn't really work, breakfast bit of a disaster with queues to get in and then again at the coffee machines. May have the three worst 5-star hotel bars, with the bar staff unable to make many of the classic cocktails (you want to give them a chance at first but then end up drinking somewhere else for the rest of your stay).

The hotel is in a nice location in Chinatown. Modern and with nice garden and rooftop. Breakfast buffet simply amazing. Great variety of food and drinks. Rooms are small and although i paid for a corner king woth nice view i ended up on the 8th floor with view of a parking lot. There was nobody at check in when I first arrived and in general staff did not seem to be well trained. I asked for a wake up call which never arrived and for taxi on my departure day (which had to be organized after i checked out). The perdon in charge of the concierge seems to be prepared but the delivery of the suitcasr took a very long time and there was miscommunication.
