Great property and location. Hotel was clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and bar/restaurant was great. Very walkable to everything. The train station and China town were only a few minutes. Also a convenience store and pharmacy. The food near by was cheap and amazing. The rooms are small, but gets the job done. The near by brewery scene was great. I would stay here again and plan to in the near future. I didn’t have a car, so unknown about parking. But the city was populated enough where I don’t think it would be an issue. Very happy with the hotel.

Property is great, but communication is horrible. Staff will not answer phones day or night. Email responses are vague, and they will not cancel your stay if you make a mistake booking and realize it two minutes later. Expedia is zero help also. This stay reminded me to never use Exoedia to book a room ever again.

confortable beds small rooms but nice. if you’re a bit more than an average man body, you’ll have a challenge getting in the shower. nice pool but very few chairs, a bit of a joke. The real big negative is the breakfast restaurant that others have mentioned here. if you want to start your day with a crazy high stress level, go there. This restaurant which has a nice breakfast buffet is about a 1/10 of the dimensions that would be necessary to serve this hotel. Total and absolute chaos to start the day.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It’s so close to hawker centers and shopping in china town. We loved the swimming pool as well. A few things we did not appreciate as much were: the fridge not working (request support several times without success) and having no fan in the bathroom.

Rooms are extremely small and showing some wear and tear. It's fine dor 1 night but I wouldn't stay there much longer. Elevators were fast and readily available. Pool is nice!
