Nice location, it is near MRT. Friendly Staff. Highly recommend this hotel. My kids loved their swimming pool too. Everything was perfect during our 4 nights in Singapore.

Great hotel and stay. The disappointing issue was being dropped off a few car lengths away with your luggages and receive no support from the hotel to take your luggage from drop off to level 10 reception. close to the reception desk nice carpet meant that it was difficult to move luggage. If someone had offered the trolley on the ground floor it would have been so much easier. Staff and services were all otherwise great. Pool is fab, environment is also great. The location is central for all sights, but proximity to the mall means convenience and a bit crowded. there was a metro in the basement level and a bus across the road. Overall, a fantastic location.
