Nice hotel with a confused identity
Nano means small- very small! Very difficult for two people to stay in. We were opposite a family with lots of young children who would scream into the night- I even went and asked them to be quiet as they were using the hallway as a living room at midnight. Whilst I recognise that the hotel cannot control guests, maybe allocate people with infants away from those staying on business, as you get that information. Not enough locks in the luggage store so just have to leave your stuff if you’re not out early enough. The housekeepers are very sweet, although you only get housekeeping once a week. They’re going for budget/ coliving/ coworking, but it’s a bit weird and doesn’t quite work. The location is fab!

Good place Bugis, broom closet sized hotel room does the job. Very good people, helpful. All amenities including laundry available. But it’s Singapore and not cheap anymore.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located, lots of great food places around plus some malls for shopping. Arab street is also nearby which is great. The room was nice, clean and cute.

Wet toilet and shower combination should be stated in your room descriptions. Not everyone likes wet feet in the middle of the night when using the toilet. Also, once a stay towel changing should also be mentioned

Almost perfect
Nice hotel, only problem is getting to the room is long winded. First there is a wheelchair lift to go up and then there is 3 extremely busy lifts… to go up and down the lift took me over 15 mins.
