This hotel is very high tech, luxurious and modern. The location is walkable to Merlion Park and a few other places. It’s very well maintained and clean. The housekeeping staff is very responsive and helpful.

Hotel located near MTR and shopping centres. Staff at hotels are helpful. Cleaners very polite and always smiling. If you want to save money to get to and from airport. You can catch a MRT at City Hall station. Super cheap fares.

There's a renovation with noise disturbance during my stay on 24 Oct from 1pm until 5pm. No advance notice was mentioned by hotel. In room desk phone had a problem keep ringing during the night, i had to call engineer from hotel to remove the phone. Room service finished at 2130 not flexible for business traveller

Being a 5 star hotel it was not a 5 star hotel. The staff was not friendly and definitely not welcoming. During our check in we didn’t get the room that we had booked because they did not have available which is a hotel problem not my problem. Then during our check in the staff didn’t even take my credit card but then when I got to my room he called back again to get confirmation. The next morning went down for breakfast very very very limited options and the area was very small and tight. We had to get food after breakfast because we did not enjoy it at all. Just a bad experience overall and someone who has travelled to Dubai, Bali, Jordan, Morocco, Qatar this was definitely not a 5 star hotel and the staff needs to be more welcoming especially at the front desk seemed like they did not enjoy their job at all. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone in the future.

The hotel is familiar during the years especially for business. It was great to have a short stay now for leisure, too. Hotel quality is top and remained all the time. Rooms are high standard and all services are great. Also, the location of the hotel is very centric. Special thanks to well known concierge Mr. Sakthi Ismail who always serve so kindly.

My partner and I stayed here for the 2024 Formula 1 race, and it was a fantastic staying experience starting at check-in where a receptionist initiated a conversation with us about my partners Dragon Ball Z t-shirt, which helped us feel at ease about being at a fancy 5 star hotel. We stayed in a Crystal Club room on the 10th floor, where we found upon arrival a little welcome gift set up, which included a little box of Formula 1 themed chocolates that I absolutely adored, amongst a few other lovely items. The room was very spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and my partner really enjoyed the rainfall shower option in the bathroom. The Crystal Club lounge was cosy, quiet, relaxed and intimate, where we were very well looked after by our hosts Gladys, Loy, Kripa, Joanne, and Jia En. This was actually one of the hotel highlights for us during our stay; the staff were amazing, and took the time to get to know us as their guests. We also made friends with other guests staying here who were Formula 1 patrons, which added the the great experience we had. The hotel is in a great location for Formula 1 attendees, as the Zone 4 gates are less than 10 minutes walk, and you can see the Padang grandstand and stage from Coleman Street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will hopefully be back whenever we come to Singapore for another holiday.

Great location Only recommendation I would have would be to improve the breakfast I was disappointed with it. I would expect a bit more for a 5* hotel and also missed halal option it was also a bit difficult to order basic boiled eggs

The Grand Park City Hall was conveniently located - close to the MRT, that took us everywhere we wanted to visit. Staff looked after us, from the concierge, to those working in reception, and on breakfast and dinner duty (and btw, the food was delicious!). Our room (in a corner) was spacious. Lights, fan and air conditioner were all controlled from a small central digital panel, easy for me but difficult for my partner who has bigger fingers and couldn’t engage the buttons. Overall, we enjoyed a very comfortable stay.
