Nice room. Shower had some minor residue on floor while rinsing. Gym is small and not very nicely located. Hotel food ok. Front desk could be a slight bit more attentive; did not offer help when seeing one traveler with 3 suitcases trying to get down to the first floor.

excellent location in a new / renovated hotel at City Hall with walking distance to local transport, mall and food options. The room is App controlled with sensors etc, which is great but if you don't want the aircon while you can switch OFF the aircon, the sensor switches it back ON because it detects human presence. Further, I am very surprised given it's a modern hotel there is no bidet or similar facilities, first time I am seeing this in any respectable hotel within Asia. One last point, the pillows are of a different shape, too small and hard which makes sleeping uncomfortable - seems like they have tried too hard to be different, sometimes the basics work better !!
