Little bit of a disopointment requested a queen bed over the two singles and received 2 singles we had to put together which kept moving away from eachother. Had to time the morning showers as twice we had no hot water. Day if us landing we tried to get some sleep and the hotel was doing matenence and have and floor hammer digger up somthing which was very noisy.

Overall a good hotel in the heart of Chinatown and close to MRT. Checkin was slow but the staff on reception were helpful. Your room is cleaned after 3 nights that was very m but bins starting to overflow. Can’t comment on food as we eat out each day. The pool area looked good but again didn’t use. Overall a great location and comfortable beds.

Wanted to change the date of stay due to the impending strike by Air Canada. Air Canada advised us to change the dates of our travel Incase they went on a strike, since my return trip to Canada coincided with their 1st day of strike if the vote was to go through. So I changed my travel plans. Furama and Expedia both failed to help me change my dates stating that the there was no refund on this booking. Wasn't asking for a refund and the change of date was due to Air Canada advise to change travel plans around thise days. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

great sport in China town and a short 15-minute walk to the City and Harbour. The Executive higher level rooms are far nicer than the standard rooms. There was a funny smell on most levels and in my room like the carpet was cleaned but not dried. In hotel meals are expensive but with many nearby hawker and shopping centre options just walk out for 5 minutes to eat. Gym is small but still very good. Pool is nice.

So close to Chinatown mrt and huge amounts of food choices. Brilliant location. Hotel foyer great, then comes rude shock when the lift opens. The corridor stank, badly needs painting, carpet in dreadful condition. So opened door to room and it was quite reasonable, dated but clean. Only exception, there was black mould around the edge of the basin, and along some of the tiles around the bath. Overall rating 7.5. furma riverfront as the better rooms and breakfast menu, but furma city location beats the negatives

Shops, tourist attractions, train and buses were easily accessible and convenient. The room was big although the room showed signs of age. The water temperature of the shower and faucet were difficult to control and balance.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods, as did the evening meal, unfortunately some of the foods in the bay marie were cold. The room was clean and beds comfortable but the bathroom sink wasnt the cleanest and a non slip rubber mat for the shower was black around the edges and should of been binned long ago. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
