I cannot say enough about the staff at Crowne Plaza Changi. My husband left his camera at the the hotel. Unfortunately, we didnt notice it until we were already back in Canada. I emailed the hotel and it was actioned right away. Our camera was with the manager and their Concierge team organized for the item to be shipped back to us. We recieved it a week later. We are very appreciative as all of our memories of our trip was there. They were very easy to deal with and very responsive. Hotel - the hotel is very clean and very convenient to take the train downtown and to explore the Jewel. It was easy for us to go from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 which was our departure area. Staying at Crowne Plaza was stress free which was what we were going for. The bed is very comfortable. Room small but good enough. The breakfast (highly recommend) was amazing with a lot of selection. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

After a long 29 hours of flying from East Coast USA and landing at 1:30am, it was convenient to check-in and rest/sleep in a bed prior to moving on to our downtown hotel the following day, especially considering the time we arrived. Cannot beat it. Oh and the included breakfast in the morning was overly plenty full delicious and a must. Would stay again for sure.

Love the location as it is only 3 stations, or 20 mins, away from the TPE airport. The neighbourhood is not busy so you could be disappointed if you want to go to some traditional Taiwan night market. Hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Will definitely stay in this hotel again
