A pleasant stay with my family. All the staff are nice especially Fazli the Ambassador who took my wife to see the doctor after she hurt her leg at the pool. Also very convenient going to the shopping malls which are just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Would definitely come again.

The hotel was great. Spacious room, nice gym and pool, and bar. The room was well maintained, and the hotel was clean. The spa service was excellent, easy to schedule service for desired time. Area around the property was nice, safe, and walkable. Shops and dining were a few steps from the hotel.

Bei diesen Zimmerpreisen erwartet man ein perfekter Service und ein aussergewöhnliches sauberes Zimmer. Als wir mit dem Taxi ankamen, war niemand vom Personal draussen vor Ort um die Taschen abzunehmen. Erst im Foyer als wir unsere Taschen bereits auf dem Rücken hatten, kam jemand. Als wir schlafen wollten, fanden wir einen grossen Flecken auf dem Bett, was einfach nicht passieren darf. Der Flecken war so riesig, dass es jeder bemerkt wenn man seine Arbeit sauber erledigt. Es wurde dann wenigstens sofort gewechselt. Hier hätte man dem Kunden auch einen Drink offerieren können um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken. Bei Check out wurden nicht gefragt, ob wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Gehört für uns auch dazu.
