Easy, clean and comfortable
Stayed for 24 hours, all very easy. Staff were friendly helpful and positive. The rooms are basic, no windows, a bed and a desk which was all I wanted. The shared bathroom/toilet was always dry and spotless. Pleased I opted for this option as I didn't want to face the Singapore humidity. Pool area is a reasonable size, well utilised and has a good feel. Great option.

Great hotel but do not, repeat, do not use if you haven’t got your bags tagged through. We couldn’t do this and therefore followed the hotels advice and left our bags to be collected at lost and found the next day. Do not do this as an ensuing nightmare to recover them will emerge. You have been warned.

A perfectly adequate transit hotel. The staff are very friendly and firm but helpful. Beer is expensive though (as it is throughout Singapore)

Comfortable
Aerotel hotel offers a basic, room, that is comfortable and clean, with a complimentary meal. Bring your own toiletries except for body wash & hair wash. It was good for a short stay and the convenience of not leaving the airport.

Great option for a 16h layover in Changi, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Location within terminal 1 where we disembarked allowed us to get a warm shower and restfullly sleep within 30 minutes of arrival. Breakfast with a view was a great bonus in the hotel’s eating area, really enjoyed watching plabes take off and land

1. General airport announcements were piped to room 3. Sleep was disturbed twice in 1.5 hours. Reported to have it stopped. 2. No hot for morning showers around 7.30 am. 3. Should have fruit drink at dinning.

It is not worth the money you pay for this hotel. The room looks like a prison cell with no windows, they give no toiletries other than shampoo and a tooth brush. Just felt that they were exploiting the fact that they were located at the airport and didn’t feel we got our money’s worth.

I really hated my breakfast!!!!!!weird tasteless eggs mystery meat greasy hash brown,salad and no fruit Yuck!!!! My husband had the fish and chips He loved it!!!! Just a poor choice for me! Otherwise everything else was great and so convenient
