The location for our trip was great easy access to Big Bus hop on/off tours Lots of food choices and cafes around The pool is lovely The hotel only has limited blankets pillows as we requested another couple pillows due to bad back they gave one hard rock tempra type pillow

Spacious room for family of 4. Location is Convenient for travelling on public transport. Only one minor inconvenience - does not have a proper drop off/ pickup area to the hotel lobby if you need to use a taxi.

Good location but noisy

The hotel is in a good location and the room was nice and spacious enough. However, it was noisy. The aircon was noisy but there was still a constant noise with it turned off. Also, you could hear outside noise as well as noise from the lobby and the adjacent room.

Perfect stay!

Our visit was short, but great! Everyone was exceptionally nice, warm, and welcoming. Eager to help with our luggage. The staff was helpful. We were very pleased with our stay and do recommend this hotel. Close to restaurants and public transportation. Easy to get around.
