The Villas at Simpson Bay Resort offers 83 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature DVD players and laptop-compatible safes. We didn't start off on the best foot with checking in, but our overall stay at the property was very good. Aside from that one hiccup, the rest of the staff was incredibly nice and professional. We really couldn't believe how friendly and accommodating everyone was. The staff were constantly attending to the property. The pool was nice, the restaurants were good, and the private beach was really inviting. We enjoyed our stay there,

Housekeeping should actually clean the room not just change towels/sheets. The bathtub wasn’t physically clean the whole week we were there. In addition…no live entertainment. Very boring villa overall

Staff was exceptionally sweet and took care of our needs and concerns. I would keep in mind though a lot of these amenities are labelled "on property" but they are off the resort, a very short walk. But if traveling solo it is good to note. Also, there was a very big incident where a roach was in our room/balcony. The staff worked immediately to change our room and it was not a problem again, but if you are someone like me, it def gave a type of vibe to the trip and ruined any relaxation on stressing if itll happen again.

I traveled alone with my teenage daughter for her birthday . The property was safe. The room was spacious and very clean. The food was very reasonably priced.staff was very helpful. Local restaurants were in walking distance. Airport was10 minutes away. I would highly recommended this villa. There are also larger villas available for larger families. The most beautiful ocean views from the balcony

Fell below expectations. An organization like CSA using this hotel for a conference and members staying up to 6 days - way better is expected. No coffee in the rooms etc and instead of having a complimentary conversation with me, the head of guest services left his card at my door and called to inform me of the hotel policy!! I bet you he would not do that to a white guest!!!!! HOWEVER, compliments to most of the front desk crew - you all did well and made a bit of difference.

A pleasant place to stay with enough bars and restaurants in the resort and nearby. Nice pools and beaches and onsite Aqua Mania for trips out to Anguilla and round the island. Car rental available in the lobby. Good rooms, beds and kitchenette. Great view from my Villas room. No real problems. Staff pleasant and the grounds well kept.

Awesome , Pleasant, Peaceful, Relaxing. Me & My family had an Amazing time. Kid friendly. We Enjoyed our stay here very much & we Will Definitely come back ! The cleanliness is great everyday clean new sheets for bedding. Garbage emptied every Day, if you leave back dishes in the sink the upload the dishwasher . hospitality is good. Great vibe and beautiful amazing view from the bedroom and living room of the beach. Very Spacious balcony. We had a great time !
