Only complaint I have is in regards to the computer in the business center. Very slow and old and very slow internet and the right click of the mouse did not work. Please spend a few hundred bucks to update.

The property is close to freeway and shopping, it is quiet, the neighborhood is safe. There is a free breakfast, which is okay. I didn’t care for the meal, however, my spouse really enjoyed it

A great find in Simi Valley. Quiet location. Balcony rooms. Comfortable bed.It is evident the staff cares for the property. They are always fixing and maintaining it. Good breakfast with booking. Cleanliness is high. On-site guest laundry. Would stay again. Plenty of parking.

Very nice people.
The air conditioning fan was very loud, and the bathroom exhaust fan is actually a supply fan blowing air into the bathroom so the post-shower bathroom was quite muggy and uncomfortable (room 237) but otherwise the room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was outstanding and all the people there were very nice.

This Best Western had a custom burrito and omelet bar. This place was amazing. The breakfast selection was outstanding. Fresh fruit and great omelets, real custom omelets not the frozen and reheated kind.

Very disappointing! I couldn't get into my room. Had to get another room. AC unit was broken. Asked for a blanket and was yelled at over the phone. Fridge was broken, too. The maintenence guy said to go out the window on the roof to check the window of the locked room. Not good!
