Very clean and nice staff
We stayed here during the fire evacuations. The rooms were nice, the front desk staff was very good and the breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had compared to other free breakfasts offered by other hotels.

The tea.
Rooms are nice clean and big Front desk is very friendly Free breakfast it’s okay food not very hot we had breakfast at 7:00am servers not friendly the 2 servers that were there talking to each other. The lady was venting her personal problems to the coworker. Awkward I speak Spanish so understood all her gossip wish I didn’t . But sure saw 2 tip jars very tacky placement I feel if you are asking for “tips” you should try and serve people . Overall good stay .

The staff at the hotel were gracious and accommodating. I asked for a disability room with parking nearby and that’s what I got, thank you. Two things I didn’t like: 1) the coffee was removed from the lobby too soon, and the breakfast should have been available till at least 10;00 am; 2) sound came through the ceiling so we heard someone walking back and forth from 4-7 am. We didn’t get much sleep.

Underwhelming jetted tub
The room itself was very nice and accommodating. The only thing we had issue with was the jetted tub. It was very tiny and very shallow. The jets had one speed (turbo) and that was very loud. The tub was so shallow when I laid in it the water wouldn't even cover my legs and it would drain down the overflow and become even more shallow. We got that specific room for the jetted tub. That was really the only disappointing thing.
