Check in for the first time was a bit problematic. I have never had this problem w hotels.com. i had all the hotels.com check in confirmations but the hotel did not! I took a bit of digging by the on site front desk person to resolve what i would call an integration issue with you and the properties IT systems...

It was a great stay for the price. The breakfast was bagels, cereal, toast. They did have cuties. Small container of yogurt would be nice. Staff was friendly and helpful

We stayed here for one night during the snow storm. Our host Sharmane was absolutely magnificent. She made the check in process so easy and even came up to our room to help us get the TV to work. Thank you so much for the hospitality. The rooms are very clean and the parking was right outside our window which was a plus. The neighborhood was so quite and even though the rooms are inside the hallways remained pretty quiet.

When we got to our room we found a hair on our bath towels and when I took it up front to the guy who checked us in he kind of just looked at me and threw the towels on the floor. I was like listen. I'm not the type of person who is just going to keep complaining. He was like I really don't care if this is just a job. The air conditioner wouldn't work, and we couldn't open the window as we were on the first floor and there was no screen.
