Most staff was pleasant, manager Shannon treated us poorly after picking up lice from this hotel, she was rude, treated me as if I were stupid and a liar. Hope she loses her job, she could have used same words without being a 'not nice' tone. Place is filthy, hot tub didnt work, over priced for what you get. Disappointing. Stay elsewhere.

The front desk staff here and the manager could not have been better. We had an issue that the front desk staff and manager took care of and could not have been better about. We travel a lot and the staff here is among the best we have encountered. Best Westerns have always been one of the most underrated hotel chains. This BW Plus is a great pick in the area.

Overall, nice place to stay. Excellent view across the inlet. Watched seals and quite a variety of bird life. Breakfast was excellent every morning... However, the current bartenders in the lounge need better training. They tend to wonder off and are easily distracted from doing their job properly. The female bartender is a phone addict.

We switched rooms which wasn’t a huge deal - the bed wasn’t made and I wanted to be sure it was cleaned properly. We payed almost $200 so I don’t think it was much to ask for. Either way the girl at the front desk was super friendly and quick to just change our room for the night. The hallways leading to the rooms were pretty dirty - the floor especially was absolutely disgusting. The hotel itself could probably use a pretty deep clean all together. Overall I don’t think it was worth the money we spent because found many other hotels cheaper and cleaner entirely. Aside from that the staff was great!
