When I made the reservation, it said breakfast was included, however upon arrival I was told it was not . Airport shuttle was also not available for pickup when we arrived . Water pressure for shower was terrible and plumbing was also horrible.

We had a good time, service and attention from the staff was pretty good. The only issue we had is that the ac wasn’t working, we had to call the maintenance tech a couple of time before we had to ask for another room.

Very clean, well maintained and modern hotel with a nice balcony and a panoramic view of the Christo del Rey. Has a shuttle to airport every half an hour. Would definitely recommend if you are flying out of Leon BJX airpory

Big rooms, clean and modern. The bathroom is small and the water from the shower goes out, and we had a problem with the toilet. The buffet was not really good, but what we ordered was good.

This was a quick over night stay and got in a bit late, but with just the couple of hours i was there walking around, i felt safe,staff was helpful, place was very clean, transportation to airport was on time and very helpful when getting to airport. My finace wants to come back and stay a couple of nights. I highly recommend this place.
