I wasn’t expecting a hole in the wall, cracks in the door and a broken heater. None of which were included in the photos. What makes everything better is the crack head standing and talking to the receptionist. Terrible place, will never use Expedia or this hotel again.

Very noisy and loud people around the outside property. Room 226 cooling and heating nit working properly. Loose and broken toilet lid. The toilet seat came loose while i was standing up and im pregnant. I could have fell on the bathroom floor and hurt myself and my unborn child. Cold air coming in the window and door cracks causing my daughter and i to feel cold throughout the night. Also, one of your house keepers has been very rude, refused to help take a heavy trash bag out to the trash, so my 12 year and i had to dump the trash bag over the balcony, causing distress to my daughter because she's not strong enough to lift that much weight and i Amparo Weller, pregnant and off balance helped lift the bag so my daughter wouldn't have to bear all the weight. I could go on but it's not worth my time and energy.

Sunday Night/Monday morning 3/10/2025

My stay was awesome the few times I have stayed. The guy that checked me in for a week was awesome and so was the young lady that also assist me with my stay. The only problem I ran into was I was put in a room that has occupied by dogs previously. Am highly allergic and had a very bad allergic reaction and now is swollen from head to toe. That’s fine but why I score lower than what I wanted was because after I checked out. I want back that night to get other room. This time I didn’t receive the same awesome service. I was told by the gentleman that couldn’t check until 6am or I would have to check out at 11am. So I asked if I could pay an early checkin fee . He said yeah but said can’t be until after 6 am. I have my audit at 4am. I felt the person was giving me the run around. So we left and checked in at another hotel. They guy at other hotel let us check 30 mins after audit and didn’t charge us an early checking fee. I still will return but not why this guy is working . His customers service sucks.

Not bad overall. Main complaint is the extremely small shower. Nit sure what water softener they use but it leaves a greasy. Used 2 different soaps and the same thing. The bed was ok one aide was better than the other.

Good value for your money.

Very good value; pleasantly surprised. This is of course a very inexpensive hotel, so adjust your expectations. But it seemed noticeably better than a lot of other truly cheap hotels. Maybe they have good housekeepers and/or good management, but it seemed like they were truly trying to provide a good service. It was clean, fairly quiet, felt safe, bed was comfortable, cable channels were reasonable. I'll stay there again.

Great value!

This place is excellent for what it is - a simple, clean room with basic amenities. I love that it's located right in the middle of everything. We even walked a quarter mile down the road for dinner and drinks so we didn't have to drive after! The bed and linens are comfy, everything works except the drain stopper on our sink. There's a big dog area with poop bags provided and a laundry room. Great food options at reasonable prices in the lobby. The only downside has been some sketchy clientele, but it's a cheap room so what do you want... Overall, highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Clean & simple

Plenty clean, simple hotel room. Shower is hot but the plunger in our sink was broken. The neighbors are a little sketchy which is probably why hotel security is always around. Nice area to walk the dog and sit outside at a picnic bench. Great frozen food options in the lobby and very kind staff!

Pretty good stay

We had a pretty good stay here. For the price it’s a steal. A little aged but definitely you can tell they’re trying to refresh it! The bed was cozy but squeaky! It was pretty clean but we could not use the air! When we turned it on the room started reeking of cigarette smoke so we just turned it off and grabbed a little fan at Walmart. The guy who checked me in was very polite and they offer a large assortment of snacks and things for sale which is pretty cool! When I checked out I was grateful for a hot cup of water and the woman was very friendly!

I cannot say enough about the staff member that checked me in. Due to commitments I had to check in early for 3 rooms. The lady that helped me went out of her way to ensure our rooms were cleaned and ready to go. Because of her hospitality she has ensured that I will always go here from now on. By the way, the security officer is as good as they come. Very nice too.
