This place exceeded our expectations.The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was great too but the staff made the biggest impression on us (which is saying a lot given the quality of the hotel). From the moment we were picked up from the airport the staff really made us feel like we were welcomed and looked after well. Thank you souch for helping to make our trip to Cambodia unforgettable!

Our recent family vacation at Central Suite Residence was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest and most genuine staff who made us feel right at home. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with everyone going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The buffet was a highlight of our trip, offering a wide variety of delicious selections that catered to all tastes. We were especially impressed by the personal touch of the General Manager, who went out of her way to include our favorite Khmer dessert as part of the buffet selection—truly a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. The room service and cleaning staff were consistently wonderful, keeping our room spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The best hotel and staff, can’t recommend more! You need to get the Khmer massage, life changing! Everyone is so nice, hotel has great style and amenities. If you are coming to Siem Reap, this is the only place to stay! Booked on hotels.com, not can book directly as staff is very reliable!

A wonderful hotel with genuine, friendly, helpful staff that go above and beyond. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you need. Refreshing towels are provided upon return to the hotel- just one of the many extra touches that will make your stay enjoyable. The pool is a good size and perfect for cooling off after a hot day sight seeing. Restaurant food is delicious and reasonably priced. Easy to grab a tuk tuk and hotel staff will ensure you pay an acceptable price. We had a positively memorable stay and would definitely stay there again!

Had a great stay here for a short three-day trip to Siem Reap. The staff was wonderful and the facilities were kept very clean. Only minor issue was some intermittent power outages, but they never lasted more than a minute.
