Have some patience with check in

Do not count on the front desk staff being able to find your pre-paid reservation made through Hotels.com. I stay here any time I have to be in Sidney because its perfectly clean and fine and not a bad price, but its the same hassle at check in every time. And every time its because the person at the desk just cant make the computer work... not sure where that disconnect is, but since I could see my name on the screen and they jsut ignored it, I am guessing its not really a hotels.com issue. Overall its a clean hotel, the pool is okay- usually very heavily chlorinated but I guess thats better than being dirty or out of order. Breakfast options are incredibly slim, so dont count on it to get you going in the morning, but for the price its a more reasonable option
