When we pulled into the parking lot, it looked like an old strip mall. We thought we were in the wrong place, but there was a Baymont sign. When we went in, the hotel looked great. It was very clean and updated. The outside and the inside don't match, but the staff was great and our stay was very pleasant.

In general we did not find this property up to the quality of other Baymont Inns in which we have stayed. The property is being revitalized and there is evidence that some progress has been made, but more is needed to make this property more acceptable. It was a good location for our family to gather for a family reunion. There is mold around the bathtub in our room. The quality of the breakfast was particularly disappointing. No prepared hot food other than pancakes.

Well when I got there it was easy and efficient at checkout the clerk was extremely courteous and professional and gave another after finding that the room I was given had not been cleaned properly (the fridge) along with a smell of chemical adhesive I just assumed that some work had been done and the room hadn't had time air out properly yet. After which the clerk just apologized politely and gave me a new room which was even nicer that the original room I was happy. Breakfast was ok cereal fruit waffle iron yogurt muffins and coffee. Coffee was really good much better than the coffee in the room

I was not really happy with my stay. I have stayed at several hotels before and was never asked for a deposit fee of $100. There were three issues I had there the first was the deposit fee. The second was my wife and I found a few bugs in the room. The third was the hair dryer did not work and we had to wait for them to get a new one

Only complaint is there was nothing in the breakfast room and we weren’t late getting there. Nothing hot to eat except waffles. Ended up at a restaurant.

The first room i was in the tv was broken and the telephone didnt work either. Also, there was no elevator in the building causing us to walk up and down the stairs continuously in order to get what was needed from the front desk. They gave us a new room. Once arriving to that room we found our door to be open. Once we checked to make sure nobody had snuck into our room we checked to see if things were working. They seemed fine at that time. I then went to use the bathroom and noticed that the toiletries that were left for us from the hotel were USED. I just threw all of it away because i brought my own. I then checked for bedbugs and went to sleep. That is the one star. No bedbugs.

the hotel was clean, the room was big and tidy, the bathroom and sink were clean and updated. The shower was awful, the shower head had been leaking , for some time as the rubber was gooey and the shower pan was rusty looking from the constant dripping of the shower head, A simple fix the the hotel to just replace that showered and clean the pan. I could not use the shower due to the condition. I did let the front desk know.

Did not like anything about the property. Wanted to charge us for checking in 11/2 hrs before check in time. Fan in bathroom and a/c fan very noisy. Floor in bathroom not glud down. A full trash can in the hall was there when we checked in Monday and was still there when we left. Just not a good feel there.

Super awesome great ... mostly.
Friendly staff, quiet area, (mostly) clean room ... everything was great! Mostly clean? Sadly, yes. I have found that housekeeping staff tend to not look at the shower walls when cleaning the tubs, and at virtually every hotel I stay at there is hair from previous guests on the shower walls. :/

Basic hotel, good for passing through the area. Only one in town that is pet friendly. Staff doesnt speak very good English, hard to communicate with them. Breakfast is basic, 2 cold cereals, a couple muffins, oatmeal, some fruit and yogurt, granola bars, they did have a waffle maker and some pre made sausage sandwhiches this time.
