Walking in, we were apprached by panhandler. We paid for a king size bed, but were given a room witb double beds and told there was no king size beds available. The room had an area of cat pee on the rug. The room phone did not work. There were no do not disturb sizes available to use. Check out was at noon, but at 9 am housekeeping tried to walk in without knocking. When asked to speak with a manager, was told have to wait 24 hours then call back

Outlets by bed did not work. When we turned light on in the morning roaches ran all over the walls. One wash cloth in the room. Door key never worked. Would never stay here again.
