Convent Location
I stay at Sam’s Town often because the location is very convenient. It’s not top of line but it works. The rooms are very spacious, bed is comfy to me, pillows not so much, and they are quick to service is something is needed in your room.

My room was not ready until an hour after the checkin time. The staff was rude and didn't really care that it was inconvenient. Also, the only way to find out if my room was ready was to keep going up to desk and asking, which I did about 4 times. They were never friendly or concerned and I saw them check in other people during this time.

Smell of pot !!
Once my family and I arrived we had a problem checking in. We reserved two rooms, one room had air conditioner condensation dripping down onto the toilet and the tv remote did not work. After calling the front desk twice they moved my family members to another room. Also once getting out of the elevators there was a strong smell of pot. Not planning on staying here again.
