It was just fine but the business center is not operational and apparently has not been so for some time. I needed to print some documents for a business mtg and the front desk would not let me email the docs or print from my USB.

The rooms are big and spacious. The bathrooms are second to none. I love that you have to have a key to get up to the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend and do recommend this hotel to my friends.

Parking was across the road with a covered walkway. The staff was friendly. The bar was nice and they had a band playing. We gambled a little, it was a smaller casino with both smoking and non smoking floors. The weather didn't cooperate (we were there to golf) so we only stayed one night, but we would've stayed longer and explored a little bit. Would stay here again

I've stayed here many of times and the reception at the check in desk was awesome. They greeted me kindly and informed me of all the perks I was due and within a couple minutes I was off to my room.

This property although clean, is outdated and in need of renovations asap! The carpet in the guest rooms should be removed, wallpaper removed and replaced with paint, tile in the bath/shower replace or steam clean to remove mildew. You can tell at one point this place was popular, and full of life! However as a result of the surrounding business closures, the area is desolate and lifeless .

Work on customer service.

The hotel layout was nice, the food was good, and it is close to shopping and restaurants. The price was great also. Things to improve would be the wait staff service in the restaurant, the hard bed, the slow drain in the tub and the peeling wallpaper in the room. Biggest complaint would be the lack of attendance and service from staff throughout. Though adequate, this was not the experience we had hoped for.
