It's okay but not worth the price.
Hotel was nice. Minus ants in the bathroom. Restaurant downstairs was fair priced and great portions. Coffee shop was super slow. I was second in line and waited for 20 minutes before I finally just left. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Casinos in hotel are small and not active. The environment had no livelihood. Front staff were friendly.

Worst hotel in Shreveport! Rude manager! Got kicked out for staying 14 days when in the past I’ve stayed almost a whole month because I work in the area and travel from Texas. I do not recommend this hotel.

Check in was easy and the hotel has a free parking garage with a sky bridge for easy, safe access. The room and the entire area are clean and smell clean. The room is huge and comfortable. Only drawback is the card access in the elevator is a little finicky, but we figured it out eventually.

The property was convenient and walking distance to Ballys Casino. It was quiet and staff was good. Upgraded to a suite so room size was nice. Our suite was in far corner on the 6th floo and the internet reception for my computer in the our room was horrible...usually had to contact my computer to my phone in order to get the internet.. I upgraded and paid for a suite. Cost was an additional $28/night...expected a view but the window was so small and very dirty could barely see through it.Overall the entire place real needs a face lift...pretty dated! Don't think I would stay here again if we returned to Shreveport...

Pretty good
It was great. Wifi was slow though. Online checkout saved me like a ten minute walk to the front desk pool and hottub and huge. Parking is easy.
