I liked how clean the room was and the layout. I did not like the construction going on and also the entry door to room was hard to open and close. Also call staff twice and no one answered the phone. Also no Ice machine readily available.

Nice room. Ample space. Quiet. Shower was nice and plenty of hot water. Currently the first floor is partly under renovation so a bit confusing. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Was met at the front door by staff stating glad we were there and enjoy our stay!! Everyone was so polite. The rooms are clean and very nice. The casino was great. It reminded me of how it used to be 30 years ago when you could actually play the slots for awhile without constant losing!!

I found nothing unique about this property. Only 1 floor for casino. High end restaurants only, nothing open until at least 5 pm. Room was refreshingly clean and bright. Bed was super comfy.

The hotel was great on the red river. But we never received clean towels or maid service. The gym was fine not a lot of equipment but you can make do. Overall my trip was good.

If one was in Shreveport to enjoy a casino only, The accommodations would have been adequate. If one wanted to enjoy the area and reasonably priced food with adequate amenities, The Margaretville Casino left much to be desired. No daily cleaning nor fresh towels and sheets, no removal of trash, no comfortable chairs, no working desk, no microwave ..... to name a few.
