My room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Requested a ground floor and was accommodated. Good, hearty breakfast. Would stay again while in Shreveport.

Place was not a pet accommodation with us, a significant pet up charge was presented and should be shown on web site when making reservations. I loved the place but pet charges brought it up to almost $140 a night, to much just to sleep on our trip.

A nice hotel with a spacious room and a comfy bed. The bathroom fan is constantly on so there is an ongoing hum all the time. The staff were quite robotic with only the desk staff showing any emotion when engaged. Housekeeping came knocking (hard) on the door before I had checked out asking rather abruptly if I was checking out or not. I told her yes at 11, she just walked off.

This hotel wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. It was fairly rundown and the breakfast options were disappointing. The bathroom for our room smelled of mildew and the juice and water offered at breakfast tasted of mildew. It was apparent that quality was not a high priority. The staff were very kind however. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend unless you don’t care about comfort, cleanliness or eating the breakfast you pay for.
