No room key someone had to let us in anytime we left. Power went out for about 45 minutes only at the hotel not the area. No shampoos or soap just an empty bottle. No cups or coffee by the coffee pot.
Checking in was a horrible process. When I walked in there was a line with about 5 people in front of me. 5 others joined after I joined the line. I guess there were no room keys so one of the workers had to run around and manually u lock everyone’s door. Unfortunately he didn’t seem to have any organization system when opening the doors so I literally had to chase him around the whole building to remind him to open my door because he kept walking off. When we finally got into the room an hour later, the room looked haphazardly cleaned. Beds looked as if someone was just laying on them, there were no blankets and the sheet it had on had some type of black stain. Bathroom was disgusting, tub needs to be redone wouldn’t let my body touch that tub. Shower head was being held on with black tape. We had 1 towel for the 5 people in our room. Hair on the sink that didn’t belong to anyone In My family. Thankfully for me though, I didn’t get the worst room. Had other guests tell me their room still had trash and did not have towels. One of the guests told me that she was told to stay in her disgusting room and that room service would be sent up in the morning, which obviously is not a great response and she was upset to hear that.
Arrived ~10 pm. Their key system was down so could not make room keys. The night manager had to go open the door for us. They did not have the room type we booked (i.e., a mobility room due to my wife’s total knee replacement surgery 5 months ago) and had to put us upstairs. There was no hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the room. The day manager gave us 2 bottles of shampoo upon request The beds were made, but there was still some trash in one of the wastebaskets. The night manager said that they had fired most of their cleaning staff this weekend. The smoke detector was missing with only the base and wiring still there. We would have canceled and found somewhere else but had prepaid and it was late. The total breakfast was waffles with syrup and jelly, 2 bowls with packaged oatmeal available, and choice of coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. Very disappointed in this La Quinta!
We ended up not staying here because our room still wasn't ready after ,8:30pm!! They had no way to give us a room key because their key card machine was broken. Terrible experience but they still tried to charge my credit card even though we didn't stay there
No towels or wash rags in room. Headboard falling off the wall and no keys to enter your room had to have someone from front desk go open the door. One of the worst hotel experiences ever. Missing a pillow on the second bed and when I checked in they lost power to the entire hotel with no storms.

If you want a comfortable bed this is the place. The rooms/property needs remodeling ASAP. Burn holes in the bed covers, water damage, and key card system didn’t work the entire weekend. Anytime we needed to leave the room we had to go back to the front desk to have someone let us in. Probably would never stay there again.

Worst experience in my life. The property had no room keys. All patrons had to be let into their rooms by a member of staff. The rooms were disgusting and there were roaches. We lost power and the breakfast was abysmal. Worst stay ever.
The bathroom was terrible- mold on the tub, tub would not drain, plumbing fixtures broken,old and corroded,the sink faucet barely trickled water out, the microwave did not work, there were only 2 wall power outlets and no USB ports-no modern updates travelers expect. The curtains were dirty and torn. The free breakfast was pitiful just white bread, a few small muffins and waffle maker. Pass this one up and find another hotel!

It is in pretty bad condition. Needs remodeling. Very run down and holes in things, falling off.
It’s an old property & needs LOTS of work. The 1st room smelled of weed, TV didn’t work, smoke detector taken down & on table. 2nd room no smoke detector again, tv worked, lamp broken, hardly any hot water, huge air gap at bottom of door & the floor was NASTY. I can’t describe how nasty whole room is. We were scared to stand in tub. 1 of the worst properties we’ve stayed in. Very run down.
Upon arrival we walked into a heated dispute between a group of guest and the hotel clerk. The group of guest was confronting the clerk that items had been stolen out of their room by an employee of the hotel. The guest turned to us and informed us of the situation and advised us to not stay here. We quickly called our booking agency and wanted to cancel our stay along with a refund because at this point we are concerned for our safety and the safety of our belongings. The booking agency and La Quinta inn manager gave us the full run around on who could refund us the money for our stay. We spent two hours of our one day trip trying to cancel our stay at the hotel along with trying to a refund with penalties. I felt we shouldn’t be penalized for concern of our safety. No one seemed to care about our concern and we were not refunded so we had to check in. After checking in we went to our room where it took several tries to get the hotel key to work. Once we got into the room I attempted to turn on a light because it was now dark out. Out of 4 lamps in the room only 1 worked and yes everything was plugged in. I went to use the restroom and found that there was still fecal matter from previous guest in the toilet along with a disgusting look shower. The hotel room had patches on the walls throughout the whole room. The walls are super thin too. I woke up this morning hearing someone peeing and realized it was from the room next to us when I heard the toilet flush! Don’t stay here

I didn’t like the fact that there were no shower curtains in the bathroom. On a previous trip the bathroom had no toilet paper. There were also lamps with no bulbs in them.
We were in town for a two-day business meeting that demanded most hours of the day. We checked in late Thursday and the ROACHES showed up about 9 pm that night. Too late to talk to management or find another place. The next day was a meeting from 8 am to 9 pm, so no chance to move. At check out the clerk said we should have moved if we weren’t happy, but he was not walking in our shoes.
This Property is horroble and does not meet any standard fpr laquinta in anyway. The bathroom door cpuld not close unless you closed it from standing in the bath tub. We walked in the room and immediately checked out. The front desk said i have to talk to expedia about a refund. We were there less than 10 minutes
