We had a great time. It was nice and clean. We would call for towels and coffee and they were right there with whatever you needed. We even stayed over an extra night on them. They are a five star rating for us.

First, we got there around 2 and was under the impression that we could check in anytime after noon according to Expedia info however horseshoes check in time was 4:00 which resulted in us having to pay $15.00. the person that was checking could have cared less. The room is outdated, the bedding was old and not very comfortable. Gave us towels set for 1 person. Also, carpet was wet in corner I'm guessing from air conditioner. Definitely NOT worth the $$!! Will not return

I had the worst experience at this hotel. I was in room 2121. This was a “renovated room”. The room had no hot water: I am unsure how this could go unnoticed. To return to your room late at night and have no hot water is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the room was FREEZING. The room had no heat. What sort of “renovations” took place in this room? I called the front desk for assistance only to be met with a very nonchalant and uncaring person. He stated his name was Reginald and that no manager was currently on site, which I don’t believe. I was eventually moved to a dirty ADA room after I was the one inconvenienced. Will never return.
