Unhelpful Staff
We stayed here for one night after our wedding. When we got to our room at about 9:40pm, we were unable to get anyone to answer the room service or front desk line and ended up having to ask a family member to bring us something to eat. The next morning when checking out, the woman at the front desk was quite rude and seemed annoyed that she had to check us out. The room was nice enough but certainly not worth $240+ a night. Probably won't choose Horseshoe again.

Everytime I come to Bossier I stay here even if I’m not going to the casino. The staff is always so friendly and the rooms are extra clean. The parking is easy and they have several cameras around the parking garage so I felt safe with parking my vehicle there.

For the amount of money spent for two nights is absurd. The room smelled and there was no hot water while taking a shower. No microwave and just all around a disappointment. I won't ever go back!

The front desk staff was polite and professional. They were quite helpful. The casino staff was a different story. With very few exceptions, the card dealers were rude and not pleasant at all. I played for several hours a day, over a 3 day visit, and most of the dealers were not conversational, except with each other. The players seemed to be a bother to them. Most of them have been dealing at this casino for 20 years or more and it seemed as if they were burned out. The customer has to be number one and we were certainly not treated that way. I will most likely not return to the Horseshoe.
