Staff were nice but we had a very loud noise with the condition. My husband asked them several times to have someone to look at it or another room. Nothing was done. The pool was NASTY AND GREEN so we weren’t able to sit around the pool. Very disappointed

Front desk staff very friendly and the breakfast is decent. The property is DIRTY. The renovations won't last long under this lack of maintenance. Carpets are gummy and sticky in the hallways and the tile floors in the rooms haven't been mop in ages. The elevator floors are filthy, and the chrome hasn't been clean in ages. The carpets in the stairwells haven't been vacuumed or cleaned since forever. I have never seen or heard a vacuum cleaner during any of my visits.

The smell of marijuana comes through bathroom vents and elevators at times. Toilets were not cleaned after previous guests… online it says sound proofed rooms but the traffic going by was noisy and hear people and kids stomping around and yelling.
