The ice makers only worked on certain floors (2 floors out of 17?). The lamps charging stations didnt work, cleaning/towels werent replaced daily. The facility was clean and the staff were kind and professional. Key cards were easily deactivated.

Great staff and location. The room was a little musty, but in good shape. The mattress had a dip in one side, although it was still fairly comfortable.

I was not happy with everything smelling like smoke. Also, the shower head is made for someone well under 6 ft tall. I’m 6’2 and it was not fun. Also, the room next to me Had loud kids and adults until 3am , couldn’t sleep and left the hotel a day early.

We were put in a room that white comforter had nasty stains on it. And there wasn’t even trash can bins inside the rooms so we just had to throw trash on the floor and sit it on the counter tops. Would not recommend coming here or going back

The casino itself is mediocre. There are only 3 food options and they are overpriced. The area around the casino is run down and desolate to say the best.
