Great location on the Red River near downtown and shopping. Larger gaming space than nearby competitors. We were able to travel with our small dog secondary to a reasonable pet deposit.

The room was filthy and a substance which looks like vomit was left on the bottom of the toilet. Carpet needed to be vacuumed. Just terrible.

I would never recommend a stay at this hotel. After replacing key card twice, they still would not work on elevator. Had to wait for someone going up to operate. Room is terrible need of an upgrade and cleaning. We found items belonging to previous people in the room, cracked light fixture in bathroom, bathroom was sticky after shower due to no fan, curtains would not close properly due to one end not hung up. Overall very disappointing.

Amazing hotel. Staff were nothing short of amazing. The room was super clean and well taken care of. The casino part of the hotel was really clean and the bartending staff was very nice and professional.

Overall I read the negative reviews and it was much better than what I expected. The food wasn't ok. The water is strange but not exclusive to the facility. Biggest problem was their check in policy. We experienced a significant weather delay during a layover which put our arrival close to 1am. I called and was told that if I didn't check in by 2am I would be considered a no show. I would need to rebook my visit which was for 3 nights and I wouldn't be able to check in until noon the next day despite the front desk being manned for 24hours. Why? If I booked 3 nights would the room magically no longer be ready until the following afternoon? It didn't make any sense and made a long day of travel unnecessarily more stressful.

Check-in was easy. Overall stay was not great. Key cards did not want to work in the elevator. Key card did not want to work on the room door- had to swipe probably 10x for the door to open. Very noisy person in the room next to us and had to call lobby for assistance, noise/yelling did not stop

Overall the stay was okay

Quiet rooms and hallways. The bed was comfy, although it lacked sufficient bedding. The hot water for the shower and tub was perfect. The hallways smelled fresh and clean, however our room was stuffy and drab. Overall the stay was okay. This hotel just needs some updates and a new ventilation system.
