The area around this property seemed depressed. In arrival there was a young man sitting around in trashy are directly across from the entrance in the parking lot. It seemed he was hungover. This was a bit suspect. The front doors were constantly locked (good). Upon arrival there was no one at front desk. I had to ring a bell and wait for front desk to release the door to enter building. My room was clean but the carpet was worn ragged where the tile met the carpet. When I first got to my room the door was open. Door to room could be pulled back past door stopper. The service was good and the staff was friendly.

This Hotel is close to the airport . Easy accessible by a quick Uber ride ! Very nice staff. You get what you pay for .. nothing luxurious here. My room wasn't vacuumed from previous guest stay but the room otherwise was nice. Room phone didn't work but the hotel felt safe !

Didn't have any breakfast Sunday morning 4:11/2025 all they gave us was waffles and muffins if you got a condiment reverse if you did the full breakfast I was very disappointed and also the overcharged my credit card 3179 and I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get it back on that's not right

Arrived at this hotel and was told there were no rooms available. We arrived late and was unable to find another room in the area. The front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful.

I checked in, went to my room and immediately booked a room at another hotel on my Hilton app. Room looked clean but smelled horrible. Not sure what the smell was. Driving into the property, back area populated with people hanging out drinking. Not a safe area, especially for somebody traveling alone and from out of town

This is the worst Hotel I have booked, literally. I arrived at 3PM and they told me the room wasn't ready, and should "go and get something to eat" and it might be ready. The Maintenance man said I could cancel with no penalties, but I had driven 5 hours. So from 11 AM to 3PM they couldn't get one room ready. When I finally checked in the room, the sink didn't work and was leaking water from the the bottom. The TV didn't work and the sheets were dirty. I asked the Maintenance man to resolve the problems , so came to my room to verify my complaints. After looking over all my complaints he said he would be right back. He didn't come right back, so I asked the woman at the front desk to just switch rooms, and she said no she couldn't give me someone's room. I told her all of my issues and she said she couldn't do anything and she will send the Maintenance man.

This place was dirty, there was a pillow inside the closet with blood stains on it, there was cigarette butts by the window unit, the shower had pubic hair, and mold, not a good stay at all. Pool was not available, due to “renovation”. Breakfast only had cereal and one waffle maker,
