Nice Affordable Hotel Stay

I chose this hotel because it was very affordable. Staff were very kind. Nice quiet hotel. I realize all the casinos are slowing down so I didnt expect much. The room was clean but not as nice as I hoped. Beds comfortable at least and I like the fact nobody was there. Very quiet which was good. Breakfast was good. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. Not good. But it was sad to see a great casino so quiet and so many restauraunts closed. You cant blame the casino for that. Its just the economy of north louisiana. I got what I paid for so would stay again.

Heat did not work in my first room after I attempted to change the settings and waited 30 minutes before alerting the front desk staff so they changed my room and the second room had a leak in the ceiling from the room above me as well as mildew or mold!!!

Lady at check-in was rude when I asked her about the wifi password. The heater made a humming noise and did not provide enough heat. The wifi never did work. The bed was comfortable but it was cold in my room. There was no extra blanket in the closet. The carpet needs to be cleaned. When I checked out, I brought these issues up. The lady told me that I should have come back down and told them when I checked in. I told her since the lady had a nasty attitude when I checked in, I didn't. In the future, I won't be back staying in a cold room with a faulty heater. They should have preventive maintenance. The hotel definitely needs some upgrades.

Beautiful. Just beautiful fr y'all.

I loved it here. 😍 everyone was sweet as can be and i love the jacuzzi suite my husband and I had. Also, its very spacious and the beds are comfy. Hope to come back, y'all.
