Way to expensive! Room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. More like I was sitting in an ashtray. It was a nonsmoking room. Was so gross I wouldn’t even take a shower there. I was sick from the smell and had to get out of there. Checked out at 9am and went to another hotel. Will never stay here again!

It listed a buffet at boomtown and it was closed down, the casino itself was old and machines were broke, we will not be going back..

Hot in Boomstown
I arrived to check-in about 5pm. My room was very hot. 3 hrs later still hot. Called the front desk. Took 2 more phone calls to get someone up to check. 10pm told to wait for an hour or two then call if still not cool. Midnight waiting again. 2 am moved to another room. I was disappointed that it took so long and so much to rectify this situation.

The air conditioner did not work .when we got there it was off and hot so we thought it needed time to cool we left and didn't come back from night on the town till 2 am and it was burning hot the front desk said they couldn't do anything because it was so late on top of it I couldn't use the Jacuzzi it was to hot and there was roaches on and couldn't watch TV the color was super dark and no settings to change it. It was ugh horrible manager was supposed to call me I want a complimentary room or my money back

Had a hard time checking in at the front desk , After Room Being paid for ahead of time .. Room we were placed in was 502 .. on the 5th floor where there was no running water the whole day ..I was told that maintenance was going up to fix it but no one showed up. I Did not receive another room till the next day When i had to re ask the front desk .. And wasnt happy with the casino due to closure at 3 am Where the casino security was rude and threw my mother in law out cussing her out without any explanations with it being my first time at boomtown i will NEVER return
