Over all the room was clean. However the lady that was there for putting breakfast out was very rude and mean. It’s not professional to be like that nor act the way she did.

From the very start, as we came to the office to register, I noticed their attractive landscaping. Office staff member Lori went above and beyond to help me understand Best Western Rewards Program nuances -- what a blessing she was -- AND then she assisted us up to our room personally, since my husband needed to climb steps with his cane. Service with a smile: uncommon today but tremendously appreciated! Room accommodations were of exceptional quality.as well. Great stay. Thanks Best Western!

The lady that checked us in was excellent, friendly and very outgoing, and wanted to make sure everything was up to her standards. By contrast the morning desk clerk was more interested in her phone, she did say good morning, but that was it, thus the 4 star rating for staff. At breakfast one guest asked how to get out of the yogurt machine, without getting up she said it must be out of order, not very professional. The room was very clean and overall we had a nice night and would stay again.

Room not ready when we were given the keycards. Bed was made but cleaning not done, we had to leave so it could be done. This hotel needs a serious update. The things that were wrong 10 years ago when we stayed there have gotten worse. Old furnishings and carpet, almost nothing left at the breakfast area at 9:00AM, no yogurt in the machine any of the three mornings. Needs to join the 21st century and add electric vehicle charging capability. We’ll stay in Shreveport or BC on our next trip.

This place is not good at all... customer service is not good.. rude and unable to help...TV wasn't working told desk clerk they said it was nothing they could do.. ask if they could look at it the reply was no. Ask for refund so we could go somewhere else... told us they could only refund 13.00.. we were very disappointed with this hotel coming from out of town. EVERYTHING WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING

great for the price. Location to downtown was good

bed was comfortable. Refrigerator hummed too loud. Needed more pillows. The nice front desk lady tried to no avail. The hotel seemed pretty full. Nice little pub downtown.

Good stay!!

It was a clean comfy room. The air got cold cold. We enjoyed the breakfast and the really hot water was amazing. We liked the soft bed and the tv was new. We will stay again!

The room was clean. They offered a free, hot breakfast that was good. Both ladies that worked the desk were very nice. I typically do not stay at hotels with exterior doors but this was the only one in town with availability. I did not feel unsafe.
