The facility was nice as well as the staff. It was a bit annoying that the bathroom door scraped on the tile in one section. I think this can be an easy fix.

There is nothing unique about this property. I give it a second chance after my truck was broken into a couple of years ago and $3000 of my fly-fishing equipment was stolen. We had room 116 that faces the parking lot and was next to a Circle K convenience store. I could hear every vehicle go to gas up. Also, there was people outside my window smoking and drinking from 1:30AM to 3am on Friday/Saturday morning. I had the same issue on Saturday/Sunday morning with two women from midnight until the rain started at 1am Sunday morning. Another issue being in room 116 is the exit door by the room. The door squeaked and slammed shut, I could hear every person who entered or left through this exit. This was the last time I will use the property.

Good breakfast, quiet, good value. I never saw such a sparkling clean tub in a hotel. The carpet needs to be replaced but everything else was good and the bed was comfortable. I didn't see a newspaper there but it was at night and they were probably gone.

Nice hotel. Older than I thought. Toilets are very low. Room was spacious and clean. Has a small fridge and microwave. Bathroom clean and neat. Well located for Woodland lake and within 5-9 miles of our favorite restaurants. Breakfast was okay but basic. Beds were very comfortable and great pillows! We will stay again.

We had an accessible room. The shower leaked onto the floor due to the way the shower curtain was installed. The hotel said it was to ADA standards even though it made the tile floor slippery. They refused to transfer us to another room even though we complained about the safety hazard. The hotel said they couldn't move us since we had reserved through Expedia and you don't allow room changes. The hotel did not warn us ahead of time and told us to use towels to dry the floor. They did not offer to dry the floor for us. We are both in our 80's and unsteady on our feet. I found the hotel uncooperative and not customer oriented. The breakfast offered was excellent.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was tired and dirty....carpets needed cleaning, walls were painted a grayish blue...not bright or pleasant. Carpet in room was stained. Breakfast was good.

Nice place to stay in Pinetop/Lakeside/Show Low
Check-in was easy and quick. My room was clean and ready when I arrived. The room has a small fridge/freezer, microwave and keurig coffee maker. They also provided several K-cups of coffee, decaff and tea, along with cream and sugar packets. The bed was comfortable. The easy chair & ottoman and the rolling office chair at the desk were okay. The closet is very small, and the door doesn't latch, it was a struggle to get it to stay closed. There were sufficient outlets for plugging in my phone and tablet, etc. On the 3rd day of 4, upon returning to my room my keycards would not open the door so I had to go down to the desk. They said that happens fairly often. My room was nearly at the end of a long hallway on the 2nd floor, and it appeared there were empty rooms closer to the elevator. I don't think I requested anything like that, though, so just a comment for others making future reservations. The view was of some homes directly behind the hotel. Saw some local wildlife (huge blackbirds, squirrels, etc) and beautiful trees. Parking was ample, even over the weekend as the hotel filled up with guests, so that was appreciated. Lobby/breakfast area is nice, and free hot breakfasts were ok. Staff were helpful and courteous. Overall, a good stay. I recommend this hotel.
