Many Issues Here
Many disappointments here. First, we arrived and used the restroom after a long day on the road, only to find there was no soap of any sort in the room. In fairness, the front desk clerk brought soap and shampoo to the room when we brought it to her attention. The room had a very distinctive smoking odor. We then discovered that the hair dryer was broken. It worked for about 10 seconds then quit. We tried multiple times. The third issue was that the wall air conditioner was terribly dirty. It was blowing out dirty, dusty air, so we ended up just turning it off. All of these issues seem to point to a lack of attention to cleaning and maintenance detail. I mentioned the issues to the desk clerk when we left. On the bright side, the beds and pilloelws were comfortable. But we will unfortunately not be returning.

Small bathroom, no fan, A/C in pad position in back of unit to cool sleeping area. Small, narrow bathtub, dated interior finish. Sub-par property for Wyndham brand. I would not return to this facility for the price.

This is an OLDER hotel. We stay here 2x per year. We care about a good night’s sleep, and this delivers at a good price. Not central air, so A/C unit is a little loud, but we still stay here for the value. We are always treated well. The free Cafe breakfast is on hold due to remodeling, but it was a good 2-night stay.

The staff was so friendly and available to help. The hotel is a good affordable safe hotel that is conveniently located on the main drag of Show Low. The rooms are a bit outdated, but were just what we needed for one night. The coffee in the lobby and continental breakfast to go were a nice addition.
