When arriving at night, the hotel was difficult to locate . The signage when entering the mall area did not indicate which direction to go. The signs on the hotel itself were not lit up so couldn't see in the dark. Buttons in the elevator were held in place by scotch tape. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is in the middle of the city. I would say it is walkable to the river but I would not walk at night because of lots of homeless and sometimes drugged individuals. Overall, the hotel was great, excellent staff, room was very spacious with a few. I will definitely come back

The gentlemen who checked me in seemed to actually want to be in the hospitality industry. What a nice change! They were so kind and helpful. It would be good if they had a look at the caulking in the bathroom. Other than that the room was well stocked and clean!
