It's old fashioned building and room layout. The bath is too small, and it took over 15 minutes to fill the bathtub with hot water.

友人と行ったので部屋はシングルでしたが、２階のお茶コーナーにソファがあり、用意されていたコーヒーを飲みながらくつろぐ事ができました お部屋には紅茶が用意されていましたが、煎茶の方が良いのでは？と思いました

チェックイン時に宿泊者名簿に「名前、住所、電話番号を記入して」と言われ記入したところ、受付スタッフから「車のナンバーは？」「朝飯は何時？」と訊かれ返答しましたが、宿泊者名簿に車のナンバーも朝食の時間の記入も　どちらも記載してあるので　それならば最初から宿泊者名簿を全部記入すればよいのに　二度手間でイラっとしやがら、その日は早朝早かったので早めに就寝したところ、午後１０時過ぎに部屋の内線電話がけたたましく鳴って叩き起こされました。 受話器を取ると「明日の朝食は何時か？」とフロントからの電話。チェックイン時に時間は伝えてあると返答すれば「記録がない」と回答。寝ぼけた頭で時間を伝えるとすみませんの一言も何も言わず電話がガチャ？　史上最低のスタッフにイラつき　目も覚めてしまい　普段から寝付くまでベットに入ってから２時間はかかるので　翌日は５時起きなので当然寝不足。　トイレはウォシュレット無し。洗浄ボタンは硬く　かなり力を入れないと反応しない。しかも押している間だけトイレの水が流れる仕組みなので、力の弱い女性や子供、お年寄りには無理だろう。　エアコンは弱、強、急速の３択のみ。温度調整はできない。部屋に設置されているテレビはカード不良の表示がされて映らなかった。テッシュペーパーは６枚使ったら空っぽ。予備のティッシュペーパーやトイレットペーパーは無い。ベッドはシングル。枕が柔らかく二つ折りにしても低すぎて寝づらかった。朝起きたら　手や足に赤い発疹ができてました。たぶんダニにやられたようだ。朝食は7時と７時半の２回の２択。和食や洋食は無し。パンケーキ２枚とパンとコーヒーのみ。パンケーキは冷めてるし、パンは硬め。コーヒーは粉から落としたやつ。宿泊料金が安いので何度も利用してるホテルだったが、今回の宿泊が最低だったので　次の利用は無し。宿泊料金が割高になっても　このホテルの利用は絶対無し。このホテルに宿泊はお勧めしない。

今回で2回目の利用になります。泊まるだけなら値段も安く良いと思います。ただ、太っている私には、トイレやシャワー(浴槽)が小さいため、使用する際に不便に感じます。

良かった点 館内、居室とも思っていたよりもキレイでした。 無料Wi-Fiもセキュリティ無しのものですが飛んでました。 ウェルカムドリンクでホットコーヒーが落としてありました。朝も同様です。 悪かった点 トイレにウォシュレットが付いてない。 朝食がホットケーキとライ麦パンとオムレツでしたが、出来たらウインナー1本でも肉が欲しかった。 あとエレベーターの匂い（タバコの残り香）が少し気になりました。

部屋がきれいです。
建物の外観は古いオフィスビルですが、部屋や共有スペースはリフォームされていて、とてもきれいです。駐車場が地下にあるので、真夏も安心です。

安い。朝食がホットケーキとパンとコーヒー。 ただ泊まるだけなら安くてイイんではないですか？観光客では無くて、仕事で連泊する人が利用するホテルですね。 トイレはウォシュレットではありません。
