The staff were nice enough compared to other places. The room was OK. The halls and other rooms were nice enough. It was disappointed that there was no laundry area to use even though it’s advertised the washer was not even hooked up and did not work was told the dryer would work, but there wasn’t be no point if you can’t wash your clothes, we had to go to the laundromat to do that. We stayed almost 7 nights. Inside the room it states on the fourth day rooms were due to be cleaned however, nobody attempted to clean our room. We had to ask for towels and trash to be taken. The breakfast was not very good. It was the same thing every day..

Recommended: excellent hot breakfast including biscuits &gravy,sausage,eggs,bagels,waffles,danish,etc. Front desk nice-gave us room that met our advanced requests. Needs another ice machine in section with 3 stories. Room was standard hotel room. Room service every 3 days.

Always nice to stay there. Our only concern this trip was that the clerk gave us keys to a room that was already occupied! Very embarrassing to walk in on guests! And worried us that others could get in to our room. Breakfast selection wasn’t that great either. We went to Das Essenhaus instead.

My husband and I were traveling with our two dogs and had booked a room here for three nights. Upon arrival and check in I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the place looked and it’s beautiful from the outside. We checked in and went to our room and I was also pleasantly surprised there was no carpet in the room. Makes me worry less about the dogs having an accident away from home. The indoor pool is beautiful and heated which was very nice. The complimentary breakfast is good, good selection and the staff was friendly. We know going anywhere that it’s not going to be like home, but I do have a few things I need to mention. When wiping up a spill I was very surprised at how dirty the napkin was. The floors looked clean but really weren’t. We had a couch and a chair in our room and the couch was very warn and not comfortable at all. The mattress was very firm, not my favorite. I would stay there again though, I’ve had way worse situations away from home.

Very clean hotel. Laminate flooring in rooms, so no germy carpeting. The bathroom mirror had a defogger which was nice. I like that the towel bar was right next to shower, so I didn't have to reach way out to get my towel. Breakfast was decent, waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, a nice assortment of bagels and other types of bread. I just wish that the food on the steam table had been warmer. There are nice seating areas inside and outside. I enjoyed sitting outside with a book.
