Door card was tricky to work,breakfast one morning no room had to wait should have longer opening times instead of concentrating on 2 hour slot,told we had a nice quite room ,the room was good bathroom was good but they forgot to say about the noisy kids running about and shouting spoiling it .unable to put fire stick in television .

For £26 a breakfast I would have expected a lot more. And an upgrade from what tasted like instant coffee. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Bed was comfortable and good power shower.

Nice place. Check in was efficient but not overly friendly. Young girl with glasses at bar was quite rude. I asked what I thought was a simple question and was answered with a rude flippant answer. Meal was ok. Chicken unfortunately was a little under cooked.

Terrible stay; you are warned!
For the first time, here is a hotel that does not give you a bath mat, but hand towels instead. When I made a request at the reception, they said we ‘we don’t have bath mats anymore but you can use hand towels instead’. I responded saying I don’t feel comfortable using a hand towel for the floor and they said, don’t mind that. Very mediocre breakfast and terrible food at the other restaurant. Walls are paper thin and you need to hope the next door neighbours are quiet to have a decent nights sleep. Then we realised that this hotel is being used as the venue for an immersive play of the Fawlty Towers and that sums it all up. (I love the show, but hate the idea of being stuck in one). Dont be fooled by the rating on this hotel! You are warned!

Lovely hotel, good location with friendly staff.
Great hotel, good visit as usual. My only issue is that there are only four, maybe five disabled bays in the car park one of which is like a normal space. People park in these spaces without badges and there appears to be no action taken. Its private property so the hotel management of course have discretion but I find it disappointing.
