I’ve stayed before and it’s perfect for a stopover. Another friendly welcome at reception Clean and spacious rooms. with comfy beds. Quality toiletries and paper! Safe parking and plenty of eating options and Waitrose.

Clean, comfortable and quiet
Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Having a central light as well as side lights was very welcome, as this feature is so often missing in modern hotels. Despite being adjacent to the M54 it was also surprisingly quiet

Staff were very king to me as I am disabled , the staff really looked after us in every way. Microwave very useful for low budget options. Very clean and very relaxed atmosphere , very quiet too , would recommend to all for a lovely restful stay over .

I stayed in this hotel 6 months ago and everything was great. Everything seems to have gone down now. I came in before check in time to see if there were any rooms ready. Usually if most places will either say yes and check in or politely say no. The person on duty here decided to look with disgust at such a request. She then started asking "how many people are staying" after noticing my children. Before I could even open my mouth she raised her voice to say it was only booked for two people. A few other comments / borderline insults were made before I just thanked her. When I came back I met the nicest people. They always smiled and greeted us when entering. I dreaded seeing the rude person in the day shift. The rooms where outdated which is fine but this time around it was also dirty.
