Open 3 weeks, it’s clean, nice. Junk doesn’t work, like bedside light, sliding door for bath, deadbolt. Initially given room already occupied, huge error in systems control and safety concern.
Staff was great during check-in. Hotel room was clean and very nice. Love the Netflix option so I could watch my shows. Breakfast was decent but great variety of items to choose from.
We had a great experience staying at this BRAND NEW Hampton Inn & Suites (just opened in Oct 2024). Before booking I called to ask a few questions and spoke to Tricia and she was very friendly and helpful (actually seemed like she loved her job), her attitude was very customer centric and it was that conversation that ended up being the deciding factor in choosing to book our stay there over another hotel. There are plenty of eateries and shopping within 5 minutes of the property. We plan to stay again when we are in the area.
