The hotel is dated and dingy, the staff is only ok, and the breakfast is bad. Prepackaged, half frozen mini muffins and honey buns. No breads and no toaster. Worst included breakfast I’ve ever encountered and I’ve stayed in over 50 different hotels this year alone. Would not stay here again.

The room smelled like mold and mildew, one of the rooms had black mold behind the toilet. The shower was chipped and icky looking. The shower curtain was wrinkly and unkept looking. The fridge was wobbly. The air conditioner was old and didn't work well, either too hot or too cold, nothing in between. The windows screens were bent and there was no locking system for them, anyone could have broken in at any time. Definitely would not stay there again. There were dogs barking all night. Very limited continental breakfast. The only thing I liked was the coffee machine was available 24/7 and that was a real plus for me. It was way overpriced for what we got. Whole place needs help.

The room was very nice. Though extremely cold. The room AC was set likely assuming a normal 4PM check-in. To be fair we did not call ahead to state we would be a late check-in 10 or 11PM. Then again, no one checked the room since the check-in had not happened yet either. The main parking lot was full when we arrived. There was no signage to state that the adjacent lot was shared with Perkins or also part of the motel parking. We went around to the back lot which was not lit. All the parking lot lights were out. The trash area was open and overflowing. There were locals or guests drinking in a pickup adding to the atmosphere of a lack of safety. All staff that we interacted with were excellent. Not sure if this comment is for the property or Travelocity, we paid the w/breakfast rate however there is a posted sign stating the offered breakfast is for all guests. Why were their two rates listed in Travelocity?

Arrived about 930pm. Given room right by lobby and breakfast area. Loud with ppl checking in during night and light shining in around and under door. Room was outdated and carpeting was filthy and stained. Screens hanging off bldg when we drove into parking lot. Next time we pay an extra $20 and stay elsewhere!

Our check in with Rachel was flawless and top notch. When we got to the room, the tv wouldn't turn on. Rachel fixed that. Then the picture went dead but the tv still had sound. Rachel connected with the maintenance person. HE WAS NOT a timely person.......we contacted Rachel three times concerning his lack of showing up. He finally did...over and hours wait.... .he didn't know what was wrong and we were moved to another room. After over and hour plus ordeal, the problem was solved for us. The room we were moved to was very nice AND the tv worked.

It was a last minute reservation for a longer road trip. The man who checked us in was new and very confused. He didn’t know how to work the computer. He gave me a real I’m which didn’t exist and then a second floor (no elevator) room with two queens (supposed to be a king). The room and hall smelled funky. The room was clean overall and we were tired.

Allows pets (we didn’t have one) but our room had a urine smell along with strong mildew odor and there was dog poop outside on the sidewalk and pet food someone spill right in front of the entrance and they left it . Beds and bathroom were clean and it had a great size fridge. Bathroom door however had some sort of ick on it and a large booger smeared on the wall. Door had to be pushed shut or the door didn’t latched shut even if it looked closed.

The check-in area was filthy and smelled bad. The staff was unfriendly and sloppy looking. When we went to our room and opened the door the smell of smoke and incense filled the air yet, it was an non-smoking room. Upon entering the room we noticed that the ceiling had been patched in multiple places the entire length of the room and unpainted. The bathtub was stained and dirty looking. There was visible dirt on the carpet and the comforters had dried blood on them. The lady at the front desk said the room was double checked for cleanliness which was a lie and she didn’t even offer an apology for our inconvenience. When I asked for a telephone number of someone I could contact regarding our complaint she said there was no corporate office. We left without a refund it was that horrible!

The bed was good, but motel is in need of remodeling. Carpet needed cleaning, not just vacuum. Shower drain was not working properly. Lobby, stairway, did not set a very good welcome. Disappointed in my stay.
