I liked this property because of the check in was easy and the women was very nice and helpful also. Liked we didn't have to leave being able to go swimming, hot tub, food just being able to relax and enjoy our time away.

Was pleasantly surprised. Staff were welcoming and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. We regret not bringing swim suits as the pool area looked very soothing and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

The young lady at the front desk was very kind and pleasant and checked us in very quickly. Our biggest disappointment was that there was no pool. The website amenities said there was a pool. Please up date.

There is no elevator in this hotel. My husband cant navigate stairs well. They moved us downstairs the next day. The staff is super nice and very helpful.

Decent, well-priced option in Shawano
Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is clean and comfortable. WiFi was only okay and for some reason cell service at the hotel wasn’t great. Room had fridge and coffee make, but no safe. Free coffee available in the lobby too.
