I had a late arrival, touching down around 2:30 AM, and was so relieved that this hotel offered airport transportation, making my journey to the hotel seamless even at that hour. Check-in was quick and efficient, despite the late time. The staff were incredibly helpful and a real highlight of my stay. Their English communication was excellent, which was greatly appreciated. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again if I need an airport hotel in the area. Highly recommended!

Amazing for the price. I wasnt sure what i would get however i cant wait to visit again, The buffet breakfast was very authentic and the pork pineaple wow is all i can say , transport from airport and back 24 hours and to Disney daily all included , laundry all modern and the shower was great, I have paid tripple the price on the Gold Coast Australia and this runs rings around them.

When I left the hotel, I forgot a shirt in the hotel room. When I contacted them, they quickly found it for me and sent it to my home by courier. Here I would like to thank two employees in particular. One is No. 3 and the other is No. 10. I am very grateful for their enthusiasm and professionalism

Wonderful at the price. Super-clean room with big, comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast is fine. Airport pick up is very efficient BUT you must book for your morning trip to the airport.

It was perfect for what I was looking for. I had a long layover and the Joyful Yard is close to the airport, has shuttles to and from the airport. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I was travelling solo and felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Breakfast in the morning was included and very good. Would absolutely stay here again

Starting with the neighborhood, it has very convenient shops, 24 hours pharmacy, restaurants, it is located 3km from lingkong metro station, following with the staff, very friendly and there is not such thing as language barriers since they will try to their very best to understand and accommodate your needs. The facilities are always clean and also offers a nice breakfast plus transportation from and to Pudong airport .

This has been my favorite stay for flight transfers. It’s cozy and quiet. Breakfast is always served fresh, coffee tastes great. All staff I have met are very friendly and helpful. It’s also worth to mention that they have frequent shuttle service to airport and Disney, so convenient!
