Bumps but Worthy of Visiting!

The rooms were clean and used the same products of many other hotels we stayed at in AK. Our room shower didn't work, staff was helpful in changing rooms. The new room bed wasn't as comfortable as the first... But we really wanted a shower after a long day of exploring Seward and Kenai Fjords. Overall we felt great about the location and would stay here again.

Couldn't Sleep

The hotel presents well on the surface but the beds are terrible and the linens are scratchy. I couldn't really sleep and left a day earlier because I could not imagine trying to sleep in the bed again. It was nearly like sleeping on a sheet of plywood on top of springs. Everything else could have been amazing but if I can't sleep that is the number one job of a hotel failed.

This trip was a vacation. So we slept alot. Bed is firm, which we prefer. So it was comfortable for us. Food/bar was good as well. Will stay again.

Was clean, gave me a mountain view which was great with the full moon over the mountains. Did not get room service while I was there but I did not need it as I was out all day. Got coffee and condiments from the desk.
