The property was lovely and smelled of fresh flowers. We were able to walk to most major attractions but would have enjoyed knowing how to use public transit. Taxis are readily available. The hotel is just outside the major tourist area, but we found an excellent restaurant a few short blocks away. We were not able to get the air conditioning working so our room felt a bit stuffy at night. A well appointed hotel, quiet, and perfect for good walkers, otherwise take cabs.

This is a quiet hotel, located only 20 minutes from the centre of Seville. The pool area was a bonus on a city break as well, towels are available. The breakfast options were good within a large dining area. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. We slept well on all 3 nights we were there which is unusual! We would definitely return, possibly even for a week long break.

The hotel was very well located — close to everything, especially the train station and lots of creative restaurants. It was easy to get around and enjoy the city. Perfect spot for travelers who want to explore on foot.

Great hotel to stay at in Seville. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food for a reasonable price. I had to call maintenance a few times to fix a clogged sink and it took 2 days to get an iron, but I would still recommend stating at this hotel.

The staff was great, extremely helpful and it had good dining options. It was not in the center but there was public transportation just a few minutes away. Rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. My issue was that it had no showers and the bathtub was very high, it was very difficult to get in and out for me. It had like a water hose which was not what you would have expected, not a regular shower head. Bathroom was huge. I was told they would be doing renovations. That was the man issue for me. The rest was great and the staff was exceptional.

No iron in room, broken safe, room was dated, hanger design was cheap and made it difficult to hang clothes, no caffeinated coffee option in room, shower door design made it difficult to avoid water on the floor making it inconvenient to shower. Towel bar placed up against front of sink made it hard to use sink, door inconveniently placed. Overall high room rate for what is offered.
