Great stay!

Good location - easy for tram but also walkable to everything! Room big and comfortable - very modern and had everything we needed! Only thing that would have added to the stay would have been a coffee maker in the room but we were able to get coffee from the lobby at a small cost every morning.

Great stay!

Hotel was clean, modern and had what we needed. Bed was comfy and rainfall shower was great. Could’ve done with more hooks in the room and the air con turned on in March as it was room in the room but overall very happy with our stay.

A visit to Spain and we stayed at the Occidental hotel, the staff was very helpful, especially the reception personnel. There was a female receptionist that was very helpful to myself and family, (she had brown hair and she wore glasses). I apologize for not remembering her name. The cleaning staff were also very helpful and the room’s were always kept clean and tidy. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel for anybody looking for a place to stay. Feb 15 2025

Location not in the centre but perfect if you are driving or don’t want to pay the higher prices. Tram right outside the hotel runs frequently & you are outside the cathedral in less than 10 minutes. Rooms are modern, clean & spacious. No a/c in winter so rooms can be hot - windows do open though.

Lovely stay. Generous room size, comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was pretty good too, and a nice lounge area. A short stroll from the main plaza and the lovely park, and 2 mins from San Bernardo station (the reason I booked it). Would recommend! One small observation - the staff didn’t seem particularly happy. One suggestion - robes in the bedrooms would be nice, I was surprised not to see them in the wardrobe. 9.5/10 stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights for a family of four. In the first night, we were given rooms on the first floor. I can’t sleep well with the noise from the street as it was loud. I bought it up to Sara, the front desk staff and she kindly offer to put us all to the higher floor. I appreciate her kind gesture and she made a difference in my stay as well and I respected her sincerity and professionalism. On the other hand, things that I think needs improvement is the lobby. The lobby does not give the vibes of cleanliness and up to date. I fact, I would think the room is much better in term of design and comfort. Overall, I still had a comfortable stay.
