Pretty standard as far as hotels go. My stay was maybe longer than average. I wish the rooms had irons and ironing boards and kettles to make tea. It didn't have these but i went ahead and bought a kettle for my stay.

The first room had ants in it. We were moved to a different room of lower quality, without price adjustment, and the heat/AC was broken. Would never recommend staying here.

E very thing was great - loved we were able to church in early and got the same room we had before! Super spacious. Only complain was not to trust the vending machines - there is no recourse if does not dispense- ate my money!! And hotel couldn’t do anything about it.

Good but too out of the way
On the outside the hôtel needs a refurbisment. Inside it is nice. We had a very large suite with a bathtub, large tv, fridge. Great breakfast. HOWEVER the hôtel is out of the way far from everything in town and it would absolutely need a regular shuttle to centro. I would not recommand because of that!

Nice and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the city center but there are taxis waiting for you outside the lobby to take you there.

Hotel Silken Al Andalus was unresponsive to rescheduling our reservation for the following week (with 2 weeks notice). Inflexible policy. So I lost 248 euros. Went with another booking agency.
