This hotel was recommended by friends and did not disappoint. Location and hotel were both excellent. Couldn't fault it. Lots of little extras like complimentary coffee and snacks all afternoon

Everything about hotel Kivir exceeded our expectations. Excellent customer service above and beyond! Teresa in Reception deserves an award for calming me down so calmly and professionally after my drive into the city traffic. And also for her help with our luggage and suggestions with restaurants around town.

The staff at Hotel Kivir was absolutely outstanding. Very accommodating, and so friendly and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. They were always happy to recommend and make reservations for our dinner. The breakfast is delicious with so many options and variety. I recommend Hotel Kivir.

Modern and well-designed room. Rooms facing the street are very noisy despite claim of "soundproofing". No porter to assist with luggage and only self-park public parking available. Breakfast was ok. No on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner. Nice roof-top bar.

A true 4-star property (hyper allergenic pillows and premium bedding/easy walk in shower and lots of closets and a safe) with all the extras (welcome wine/water/coffee and snacks in the lobby) that make your trip very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and quite helpful. Amazing location.

Beautiful, modern in great location

Great location, lovely, modern room. Very well equipped. Garage is convenient - almost right outside the door. Easy walk to all the sites. Good breakfast.

Met expectations without fail.

The hotel was exactly as advertised and the staff were professional and friendly. Rooms were serviced fully everyday and no detail was overlooked. I chose a standard room at the rear and it was quiet every night. Location is excellent for exploring Seville and being able to return during the day for a rest.

Property is clean and newly renovated with a minimal design. Location is the best thing about this hotel. What is being advertised as a "pool" is not really a pool, it's more like a big tub (max capacity is 4 people!), so id say kind of false advertisement to say the hotel has a rooftop pool. We were greatly disappointed. Breakfast options are very limited compared to other 4 star hotels i stayed at in Spain; I would not choose the breakfast package if I were to stay here again. The hotel prides itself in being environment friendly, so expect to lose some level of comfort and services. We needed a replacement of robes after our first day, and we never got clean ones later. Also, only one key card is provided for each room, regardless of number of occupants. My stay at Kivir cost me the same amount of money for the same duration of stay at a five star hotel in Malaga, but the service and amenities were not even comparable. If I were to come back at all, I would only come back for the sake of location and cleanliness.

Hotel was nice, the annoying part was the booking price which Hotels.com offered, 2 months before my stay I booked to receive a cheaper deal, in fact if I didnt do it the price at the time of check in was way more reasonable & hotels.com refused to price match since I already checked in. This made me rethink to use hotels.com for my future vacations.

From check-in to check-out the whole experience was great. Friendly staff, beautiful room with terrace with daily cleaning, complementary water, juices, coffee and pastries, with local snack/biscuits on arrival. Pool was as advertised, very small and not heated, but a welcome dip after a hot day exploring the city. Rooftop bar was great, and same location for breakfast. Very convenient location for short walk to main tourist area for cathedral, Real Alcazar etc, but also convenient to cross the river to Triana area. Really enjoyed our stay.

I had to stay overnight when my flight was diverted and my flight the next morning was at 6am. When I checked out, the hotel gave me a picnic box breakfast filled with water, juice, apple, banana, torta, sandwiches, and a sweet!
