Great comfortable Hotel

Great location from both the airport bus as well as central Seville and the buses. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Great bed and nice room. If I had to be critical.. why a bath in the bathroom.. who has baths in this day and age.

Excellent stay. The hotel extremely clean and neat. Bedroom size is perfect and bedding great. Everything is near. You van walk everywhere. Right in the eye of Seville.

Good location and fairly new hotel. However, temperature in room was unbearably hot and it was impossible to control - Reception told us it was controlled centrally..

Big, clean, modern hotel perfectly placed for exploring Seville. Room was a good size, 5th floor so nice panoramic view of the city (no balcony). Reception staff helped with taxi to malaga when flight cancelled, which was appreciated.

Excellent location & clean. One of our rooms had absolutely no view so we kept curtains closed. Noise from hallways & there was construction noise not sure if from next building.

The hotel did not offer air conditioning and the only solution was to open the window which was noisy outside. The breakfast was cold and lack seasoning. The location was great but I would not recommended this hotel

Great location

Very good location in the centre, close to car park, shops, restaurants, tour bus and a lot of attractions, this is our second stay and if returning to Saville we would definitely stay here again

The checked was quick and easy by the two wonderful ladies at the front desk. The room was nice and clean and it has all the amenities. opposite the hotel is a shopping mall which is really convenient. there is a big supermarket in the mall and if you like shopping this is a nice place to visit. across the mall is the bus station that take you everywhere you want to go or you can also walk to the places you wanted to go. The area is safe and nice. Thank you to Victoria at the Front Desk for the help. We will definitely stay at this hotel again! and highly recommended it.

Clean, great breakfast choice and fantastic staff. The staff were genuinely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, catering to all tastes. The bedrooms were comfortable and of good quality! A minor note: having decaf coffee and tea in the rooms would have been a nice touch. There was some building work happening across the street, but the sound insulation from the windows worked wonders. All in all, we had a lovely time and would definitely come back!

This hotel was in a great location, close to the Setas, cathedral and Alcazar palace. Check in was quick, staff were pleasant. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a water dispenser in reception and a selection of sweets, which was a nice touch. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Disappointing Stay

Unfortunately our room smelled quite bad from sewer fumes which became annoying after the first day of our stay. On the other hand the room was spotless and had nice lighting and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was also very nice with a good variety of items at the buffet. As a Gold Member of Hotels.ca we were told that we would have benefits such as late check out, early check in, room upgrade, etc. but the hotel said that they did not know anything about that. This was not the first time this has happened. It is something that I will take up with Hotels.com
