Highly recommend! Fantastic stay

Location was very convenient - easy to get to from airport and walking distance to main tourist sites. Although there was renovation work, it didn’t affect the stay whatsoever - the hotel staff made sure this was the case. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which was clean and bed was very comfortable. Had all the basic amenities, a/c unit worked well. Hotel staff went out of their way to make this trip special as it was a late celebration for a birthday. Would definitely be staying again next time I visit Seville.

I have never been in a cleaner room. Everything was super new, in super good shape, every detail was perfect. Even mattresses were firm (which is never the case). Best hotel I ever stayed in. Really.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, and local sites. The rooms have recently been renovated, and they are spacious, clean and modern. What made our stay extremely enjoyable was the kindness of everyone at the front desk and at breakfast. Everyone at this hotel goes out of their way to make sure that you have a great stay. The level of service is what makes this hotel stand above the rest. Once again, we would not consider staying anywhere else. Would definitely highly recommend.

The property is currently undergoing a renovation of the lobby space but you couldn’t notice unless you really pay attention. It doesn’t interfere with the great operations they have. The staff is fantastic.

Great place to stay!

Always dubious of 4* in Europe but this hotel has disproved that! Great hotel, excellent facilities and lovely staff. We've been very impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although the hotel was being refurbished, this had only a limited effect on its facilities (no pool and reception at rear of property). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean with modern rooms. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the property is located near to all the main sights.

Newly renovated property so beautifully clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is ideal for walking to the Plaza and to the river. We would choose this hotel on a return visit to Seville.

Poor customer service

We woke on the 24th of January to be told that our flight that day had been cancelled due to Storm Eowyn. We immediately tried to contact the hotel with no success. We then decided to contact Hotels.com who were very understanding of the situation and contacted the hotel on out behalf to see if we could move the booking by a week due to this unforeseen weather cancellation. Sadly the hotel refused to move the booking as it was booked as a “non refundable” booking. Having checked the hotels T+Cs even if we’d paid the supplement to book a room that had free cancellation this was only applicable till 24 hours before arrival so we would have still been out with the terms of that agreement and would have likely been denied a move/refund since our flight was cancelled at 6am on the morning on arrival. Under the circumstances this is a sign of poor customer service and we won’t be using the hotel for any of our future travels to Seville.
