Mountain aire merts all my needs when visiting sevierville/gatlinburg. The rooms are clean, bug free and quiet. No breakfast is included but the rooms have fridge and microwave so you prepare your own. Highly recommend this location.

Everything was good until we ask for a plunger, it took two hours and I finally had to go get it . She said she forgot. She needs help at night it is not safe for a woman to be by herself.

The room was spacious for the price. My room was clean. If your looking for a fancy hotel this isnt it. This is a older motel but clean and I can sleep for the few hours I need to get back on the road. I would come back here for the price to save on money.

Hotel is older but very clean and well kept. It's one of the few places that has a three bedroom making it large enough for our family. We've stayed a couple of times now when traveling through and staff has been nice and accomodating each time. Location is close to lots of other businesses and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

The room was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Location and parking was convenient. It is on a busy road so you do hear traffic at night. Nothing ear plugs don't take care of. Never heard the neighbors. The staff at check in was not rude but not real welcoming either. My credit card was denied unexpectedly (as was the man trying to check in ahead of me). The lady at the desk told me to try a different card, which I don't have. Then she said I needed to call my CC Co. (told the man the same thing). We both complied and were advised no charges had been denied. I let desk staff know it must be their card reader but she kept telling me it was because I crossed state lines - that this happens all the time with CC's. I tried to explain I had been in TN for 4 days already using my card with no problem. She just kept telling people the issue was their card & credit card company. What they need is a new card reader. Check-in was very frustrating.
