Pour: Vue magnifique de notre chambre Petit déjeuner correct et beaucoup de choix si on compte qu'il était gratuit. Grandeur de la chambre. Contre: Ils font les chambres au 2 jours seulement mais personne ne vous en avise. Nous avions jeter toute les serviettes dans le bain comme demandé sur leur note mais nous avons due aller en redemandées à la réception. Manque d'éclairage où ampoules brulées dans les lampes.

Hôtel très situé et confortable
Hôtel très bien situé sur le quai, près de restaurants et activités. Plutôt moderne, chambre assez spacieuse et lumineuse, matelas un peu trop mous. Propreté inégale (taches sur le tapis de la chambre) mais trèsbien dans l'ensemble. Le déjeûner offre une belle variété, à inclure à votre réservation !

Loved the location on the waterfront and walking distance to downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a bit of upgrading. Over all very good quality for the price.

The room was huge and the staff was friendly and their English was decent. Something that needs to be said is that many people travel from other provinces that do not speak French because it is not our first language so it is very important to have staff that are bilingual. I appreciate that they could speak English and they were polite. The bed was super comfy, however the pillows were very firm so not the most comfortable.

Most staff were very pleasant, but the breakfast and room cleaning services were the nicest. 5 stars to both of them. On both trips to stay there our room was not ready, one time we had to wait 2 hours. An explanation would have been nice - there was a mess, people late in leaving, etc - but we were just left being told to come back after the listed check-in time.
